wooo.. too long nv post liao... Paul send me to Traders Hotel for Interview...seriously this is my first time heard of Traders Hotel.When Paul tell me Traders Hotel, the first thing i ask him is" Sir.... er, Traders Hotel good anot???"hahas he reply"it is manage by the Shangri-La Grp, so what do u think?" okokok.
meet wan ting, shark....etc 2.15. all late=.= end up i reach there first trying to find them(maybe i got late lar).after the Interview, i understand more about the Hotel itself. 85%attachment at there de Ah Hoi's Kitchen.. quite good. what they tell me is that they gonna put us at a place for the whole 6mth. they believe that if they let attachment staff jump around like room service or bar,if jump here jump there, they think that once the staff learn how restaurant run, they got not enough time to apply cause its just 6mth. 6 mth is just so short and i thing what the mean are quite true. see how ba... update u guys once i get the information...
OH ya. For people who don't know where or how the TRADERS HOTEL look like, it look like THIS...

woooo finally year end Big project is over....damn FUN damn TIRED. we work well wif andre,louis Grp.both service crew and chef done well. happy that my mocktail "The days" is being recognise.^^ for those who don't know, our theme for our porject is "OLD SCHOOL"ok less talk more picture k...
